Three pool villas, built for direct bookings
For a new complex of three independent villas with private pools, we built the online presence from scratch — direct-first: availability form and WhatsApp, no middlemen.

The challenge
A brand-new product with no digital presence of its own. The owners wanted the brand and the bookings to be built directly, from day one, without depending on platforms and commissions.
The solution
We designed a full five-page site with a dedicated presentation for each villa, gallery and location guide. We processed 74 photos into three modern formats for speed on every device, set up an availability form with WhatsApp as the secondary channel, and finished with full local SEO and every legal detail, down to the GNTO licences in the footer.
