A brand-new villa gets its digital home — and direct bookings
For a newly built beachfront home in Agios Theologos, we built identity and website from zero — aiming at direct bookings, with no platform commissions.
Client: Villa Elusia — Kefalos, Kos
The challenge
The villa was brand new: no online presence, no brand, no reviews. The owners didn’t want to rely exclusively on booking platforms — and their commissions.
The solution
We created an identity from scratch (monogram, palette drawn from the villa’s own photography) and a one-page site with gallery, full presentation and a "book direct" logic: best-offer messaging and one-tap WhatsApp booking. Underneath, full SEO with VacationRental schema.
